Holiday Lighting Ceremony
Come see the town square come to life during the Holiday Lighting Dedication Ceremony on the Friday after Thanksgiving! The Fairfield High School Choir sets the mood by singing holiday music.
Each year a citizen of Fairfield who best exemplifies the holiday spirit is recognized and given the opportunity to throw the switch on the lights for the season. After arriving to town as the lights come on, Santa can be found in the Santa House listening to the children share their wishes for the holiday season. There will also be horse drawn wagon rides around the square. An evening not to be missed!
