Washington State Bank Welcomes New Ag. Loan Officer

Washington State Bank is thrilled to welcome Erica Lydolph as an Ag Loan Officer based out of our Fairfield branch. Erica brings 16 years of ag lending experience to her new position and is an active member in several state agricultural organizations.

Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University, before obtaining her master’s degree in Agribusiness from Kansas State University. She is also a graduate of the Iowa Bankers Association’s Ag Credit School. Most recently in her career, Erica held the position of Senior Loan Officer with Land O’Lakes Finance Company. She is an active member of the Iowa Soybean Association, Iowa Pork Producers Association, is a Board Member for Practical Farmers of Iowa, and a Project Coordinator for the Iowa Seed Association’s Iowa Seed Corn Cover Crops Initiative.

Erica and her husband, Andrew, reside in rural Van Buren County with their three children: Brendyn, Haylay, and Evelyn. In her free time, she enjoys being on her family farm, supporting her children in their school activities, and traveling. Erica stated, “I’m looking forward to getting back to a community focused bank, whose leaders are committed to the local agricultural communities and are supportive of their capital needs to keep, grow, and preserve the family farm for future generations.”
