Tammy Merrill RN with Jefferson County Public Health became a Certified Car Seat Technician in 2021. She offers car seat services free of charge by appointment at Jeffeson County Public Health. It can be overwhelming as new parents or grandparents in deciding which car seat to buy and then going home and installing it.
