IowaWORKS - Business Engagement

We know finding potential workers can be difficult, let IowaWORKS help you! We would like to invite employers to our IowaWORKS office in Ottumwa to conduct open interviews and/or informational meetings to help with recruitment. All of our services are FREE! We provide space, table, chairs, and Wi-Fi! We assist with advertising via social media and face-to-face to bring job seekers in! Computers are available for job seekers to fill out online applications, if needed. 

If you would like to schedule an event, please email me or brenda.noe@iwd.iowa.gov as soon as possible due to limited space. You can schedule to come in once every week, every other week or once a month for a couple of hours or the entire day, whichever works best for you! We conduct our events between 9AM-4PM.

If you would like us to share your own hiring event, we can share your event in our social media and with our networking partners. We're always looking for ways to connect job seekers with employers.
