Financial Integrators Celebrates Ribbon Cutting in Fairfield

The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce and its Ambassadors gathered on Monday, April 27 to celebrate Financial Integrators with an official ribbon cutting at their Fairfield office.

Despite a torrential downpour earlier that morning, the skies cleared just in time for the noon celebration. Attendees were greeted with sunshine, a bit of wind, and a perfect window of beautiful weather that made the moment even more memorable.

Located in the lower level of the Graf & Company building, Financial Integrators offers a welcoming and professional space for clients. While the office is situated downstairs, clients typically enter through the main Graf & Company entrance, making access both easy and familiar.

A Story Rooted in Experience

A highlight of the event was hearing from Bo Northup, Senior Financial Advisor, who shared the story behind Financial Integrators and walked attendees through the firm’s history and evolving business model.

With a touch of humor, Bo noted that nearly the entire team has roots at Cambridge, joking that he may be the only exception. His remarks offered a clear picture of how the team’s shared background has helped shape a collaborative, client-centered approach that defines Financial Integrators today.

A Team Built on Strong Foundations

The Fairfield office is supported by a team with deep industry experience and strong local ties:

• Heather Rathbun, Financial Advisor, who joined Financial Integrators five years ago after working with Cambridge Investment Research beginning in 2008
• Stacey Martin, CFP®, who has lived in Fairfield for 20 years and spent much of that time working at Cambridge before joining Financial Integrators two years ago

Behind the scenes, a dedicated operations team keeps everything running smoothly:

• Bobby-Jo Markel, who has been with Financial Integrators for three and a half years. With a background in operations at Cambridge, she jokingly refers to herself as the “chaos coordinator,” though her role in operations and paraplanning is anything but chaotic
• Maggie Smith, who also spent six years at Cambridge and now focuses on office operations and compliance, ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets the highest standards

Together, this team brings a shared history, a wide range of expertise, and a strong commitment to client relationships.

The celebration was made even more meaningful by the presence of several leaders from Cambridge Investment Research, showing strong support for the Fairfield team. Among those in attendance were Greg Turner, Val Vest, Seth Miller, and Jeffrey Vivacqua.
