July 2 Parade

Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with a Community Parade on July 2
The Chamber is excited to announce a brand-new community event to celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a festive parade on July 2.
The parade will kick off at 6:00 PM, with participants lining up at the high school prior to the start. The route will follow the same path as the annual Kiwanis Kids Day Parade, making it familiar and accessible for both participants and spectators.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating 250 Years of America,” invites creativity, pride, and community spirit. Local organizations, businesses, teams, and residents are encouraged to join the celebration by entering a float or participating in the parade. Whether it’s decorating a float, putting your ball team on a trailer, or bringing your band, all are welcome to take part.
Prizes will be awarded for the best floats, so start planning now and bring your most patriotic ideas to life.
“We’re excited to add to the July 4 festivities with this new parade and create another opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate,” said Board President Ryan Swanson.
The Chamber looks forward to seeing the community come together for an evening of celebration, unity, and fun. Don’t miss this exciting new tradition—mark your calendar and join us on July 2!
